Delivery Policy
To purchase the courses displayed on the platform, a one-time payment will be required for each service. The platform allows you to create a customer account, with the email address and password you choose, to facilitate login and future purchases. These data will be processed and incorporated into our database, as reported in our personal data protection section contained in our privacy policies. To make a purchase, the user must access the hosting services section and click on the “Request” button and the system will automatically redirect you to the payment page. The system will connect to the 2Checkout payment gateway and request your credit or debit card details. After 2Checkout confirms the charge, you will be sent to the purchase confirmation page with instructions on your purchase. Upon receiving your order, you will receive an email from us with the details of your purchase. From that moment on, you will be able to access your hosting services. Access to the hosting and domain services will be provided to you until you decide to cancel or your invoice expires. When your invoice expires, we will give you a 30-day extension to recover your data, otherwise we will delete your information.
In the event that you are unable to access your requested services through purchase or do not receive an email from us with instructions to complete access, you must contact us within 7 days of your order date. If you do not contact us within 7 days of your order date, the items you purchased will be deemed received, downloaded and delivered.
