Refund Policy
1. Fees and Charges Our Queensle.com customers may cancel at any time and will not be charged again. Users who request a hosting service or domain name agree to pay the pre-set fees (plus any applicable surcharges) for the payment method they have selected in the course enrollment agreement. They must pay the full amount of the fees.
2. Refund Policy. You will be eligible for a full refund if Queensle.com cancels your order due to your request within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Queensle.com does not offer full refunds outside of the 3-day period under any circumstances due to our significant intellectual property and goodwill. You may also choose to transfer the requested service change to a different one and the deductible will be applied or the remaining amount will be refunded.
3. How to cancel or request a refund? To obtain a refund, please contact us at hello@queensle.com within 3 days after making a purchase within our website. We reserve the right to deny refunds if, in the opinion of Queensle.com, a user has abused the Terms of Service of this site.
